A coffee machine you start from your phone or with your voice, so your coffee is ready when you walk into the kitchen.
Problem
Every morning I walk to the coffee machine to choose a coffee and press brew. Neither of those actions has to happen at the machine.
Concept
Smart Beans adds Wi-Fi and a microphone to the machine, with an optional camera for gestures. You choose and start your coffee in an app, with your voice or with a gesture.
I worked out a conceptual model, a storyboard, the interface for each channel and how the channels work together.
