Hi, I’m Cesar

I’m a front-end developer, designer and AI specialist from Amsterdam, and I studied for each role: an MBO in interactive design, a BSc in Communication & Multimedia Design and an MSc in Applied Artificial Intelligence.

Along the way I interned as a front-end developer at agencies like Nakko and worked as a UX designer at Albert Heijn Tech Labs. My master added language models, RAG, evaluation and privacy-first AI to that foundation.

I like projects that need all three: AI that is technically sound, with an interface people understand and want to use.
